Gloria Fajimolu is the Founder & Owner of Conteraa Communications, a company dedicated to empowering small businesses and creative professionals through strategic social media, marketing, and communications solutions.

In addition to leading Conteraa, Gloria serves as the Director of Operations, Communications, & Events at the Baltimore County Arts Guild, where she oversees programs, events, facility operations, and strategic initiatives at the Catonsville Clubhouse. She also manages social media for the Catonsville Arts District, using her expertise in communications, arts programming, and event planning to foster inclusive and engaging creative spaces.

Beyond her work with the Guild, Gloria serves on the Board of Directors for Catonsville Rails to Trails and teaches as an adjunct Communication professor at the Community College of Baltimore County. She holds a Master’s in Communication Management from Towson University and a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Nigeria, where she gained experience as a TV and radio host, with her show airing in multiple countries.

In addition to her leadership roles, Gloria is a dedicated entrepreneur. She provides social media and communication services to small businesses, runs an organizing business, and creates handmade jewelry. Through her diverse expertise, she is committed to helping individuals, businesses, and creative communities thrive.
